Counterpressure method
This is a shrinkage prevention molding method for thick molded products that allows for a wide range of thickness settings.
"In general molding methods..." - When the wall thickness exceeds 4mm, deformation such as sink marks and warping occurs. - By adding foaming agents to the resin, sink marks can be prevented, but bubbles appear on the surface, creating swirl patterns and roughening the appearance. "With the counter-pressure method!" - A smooth surface of the molded product can be obtained, and due to excellent mold reproducibility, texture processing is also possible.
